All content on this website (text, photographs, visuals, plans, the Trinalpi logo and brand) is the exclusive property of TRINALPI or is used with permission. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.
Personal data
TRINALPI is the data controller for information sent through the booking form: first and last name, email address, phone number, country of residence and message.
- Purpose: to answer your request and to organise and manage your stay.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the rental contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Recipients: TRINALPI and, where relevant, its service providers involved in your stay (concierge, housekeeping). Your data is never sold or transferred.
- Retention: three years after the last contact for requests that do not lead to a booking; for confirmed stays, the duration of the contractual relationship followed by the applicable legal periods (notably ten years for accounting records).
The form does not store any data on the website: your request is sent from your own email account.
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@trinalpi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. To display correctly, it loads fonts (Google Fonts) and animation libraries (cdnjs, Cloudflare): your IP address is sent to these services while the page loads.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute with TRINALPI, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: [mediator name and contact details to be completed].
